Business Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to define system goals and requirements
• Create technical specifications and facilitate Agile delivery processes
• Participate in system testing and implement process changes and tools

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience, preferably in the insurance industry related to workers' compensation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
• Certification in Agile Fundamentals, Six Sigma, or Certified Scrum Master is a plus
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot problems efficiently
• Experience with Agile delivery processes including story-boarding and defining acceptance criteria
