Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (PMWeb Application Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and define system scopes and objectives for the PMWeb project management platform
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and troubleshoot user issues related to PMWeb
• Support ongoing training and conduct sessions for end-users, including data migration efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience with PMWeb and Jira is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to solve problems
