Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Order Management).
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to document business processes and workflows related to order management
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business operations and order management workflows
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, assisting with project planning and training end-users on new systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with order management systems and workflows
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools
