Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of functional and technical requirements and design documentation
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT project teams, managing user expectations and requirements scope
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, documentation, and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience or comparable experience
• Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience
• Experience documenting business processes, including creating flow charts and process diagrams
• Firm understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
