Job Summary

A company is looking for a Damage Prevention Manager responsible for team performance and territory goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Damage Prevention Technicians
• Manage locating to ensure accurate and timely locates according to state laws
• Develop and manage relationships with construction contractors to prevent strike damages

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
• Telecom training and OSHA or other Safety Certifications required
• Minimum of five years of experience in field construction tasks
• Minimum of one year of experience leading a team
