  • Perform eligibility confirmations and insurance verifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance, banking, accounting, tax services, or healthcare billing/claims industries
  • Must pass both computer and customer service assessments
  • Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
  • No time off during the first 7 weeks of training
