Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Specialist for their Life Cycle Management team, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and account teams, acting as the main point of contact
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients and develop comprehensive adoption strategies for software solutions
  • Monitor software adoption metrics and drive conversations to align customer objectives with technology solutions


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level customers in the Cisco space
  • Experience with Cisco licensing models and Smart Accounts
  • Cisco Customer Success Manager (DTCSM) certification required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and partner portals
