Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and account teams, acting as the main point of contact
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients and develop comprehensive adoption strategies for software solutions
- Monitor software adoption metrics and drive conversations to align customer objectives with technology solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level customers in the Cisco space
- Experience with Cisco licensing models and Smart Accounts
- Cisco Customer Success Manager (DTCSM) certification required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and partner portals
