Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Service Representative to provide support to Account Managers in achieving sales retention and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in coordinating renewal activities and open enrollment processes
- Monitor and ensure implementation of renewals, preparing necessary documentation
- Resolve issues presented by brokers, clients, and members, and respond to inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a sales/service environment, preferably in managed care or health insurance
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Valid California Life Agent license or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
- Experience with Health Net systems, products, and procedures preferred
