Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of eCommerce retention marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage 8-10 client accounts simultaneously
- Prior experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs at an advanced level
- Strong portfolio of full-funnel email and SMS campaigns
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and their influence on retention
