Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Operations Analyst to manage office financial administration and support personnel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor expenses, approve vendor invoices, and prepare expense reports
  • Facilitate on- and off-boarding of personnel and coordinate company policies
  • Coordinate facility needs and ensure compliance with real estate licensing
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of commercial real estate and/or office management experience
  • Minimum five years of professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions and manage multiple projects
