A company is looking for an Office Operations Analyst to manage office financial administration and support personnel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor expenses, approve vendor invoices, and prepare expense reports
- Facilitate on- and off-boarding of personnel and coordinate company policies
- Coordinate facility needs and ensure compliance with real estate licensing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of commercial real estate and/or office management experience
- Minimum five years of professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions and manage multiple projects
