Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer Provider Engagement and Performance Management (PEPM).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training tools and information for internal and external associates
- Conduct training sessions and maintain trainee records, while making recommendations for improving work procedures
- Coordinate training schedules and develop course materials in collaboration with management and department leads
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in education or related field preferred
- Current valid and unrestricted licensed health clinician preferred
- Training and Development professional certification preferred
- 3-5 years of work-related experience, particularly in curriculum design for an adult audience
- Previous experience in a Managed Care setting preferred
