Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Office of the Registrar, overseeing records management, registration, and graduation processing
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and academic policies while managing student academic records and program changes
- Lead and supervise Registrar's Office personnel, fostering a high-performing, student-focused team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in higher education administration or related field
- Minimum of five years of management experience in post-secondary Enrollment Services
- Proven experience in collaborating with academic departments on course equivalencies and institutional policies
- Experience implementing new technologies or process improvements in a Registrar's Office setting
- Proficiency in administrative systems, preferably with experience using Ellucian Banner and data reporting tools
