A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Utilize computer software effectively while ensuring a distraction-free home office environment
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
  • Stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • High-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required
  • Residency in Florida or Texas is preferred
  • Availability to work full-time hours as specified
