Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Read scripts verbatim for products and services and provide rebuttals when necessary
- Build positive relationships with customers by addressing their questions and concerns effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous outbound call experience required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially Outlook
- Desire to succeed and a motivated, competitive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
