Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, aiming for 90% adherence in the Call Center
- Assist clients with the University Services Web portal and provide timely information
- Resolve client issues related to data reporting and maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and two years of corporate/retail customer service experience
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred
