Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the loan application process via phone calls
• Ensure customer satisfaction by explaining the features and benefits of products and services
• Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan applications

Required Qualifications

• No specific educational requirements
• Must reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT
• Availability to work weekdays from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, with some weekends
• Full-time commitment required; no part-time or flexible schedules available
