Job Summary
A company is looking for a Capacity Building Officer to lead training and technical assistance initiatives for refugee services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an office-wide technical support strategy and technical assistance projects
- Coordinate training and technical assistance materials for sub-award partners
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation of training outputs and participant feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, Health, or Social Services; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience, with a focus on grant-making, research, and training facilitation
- Prior experience in refugee/immigrant-related services is strongly preferred
- Experience in data systems development and analysis is strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams
