Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive staffing efficiencies in the assigned Solution Line
- Develop and implement a rolling workforce hiring plan in partnership with various departments
- Analyze open demand with Capacity Planners and determine optimal sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in capacity planning or resource management
- Prior experience with a large, global IT consulting provider
- Experience in leading a team
- Familiarity with resource planning software and capacity planning tools
