Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and manage job offers for caregivers, ensuring alignment with CareLinx's values
- Identify and engage qualified caregivers to meet program requirements and provide ongoing support
- Build and maintain relationships with caregivers, offering resources and guidance for their success
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong relationship management skills and a passion for excellent customer service
- Empathy and adaptability to address caregivers' needs and changing priorities
