Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to manage client information and support internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into the required electronic format and ensure accuracy
- Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, documenting incoming communications
- Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and assist other teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- Ability to maneuver between multiple screens efficiently
