Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to manage client information and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into the required electronic format and ensure accuracy
  • Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, documenting incoming communications
  • Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and assist other teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • Ability to maneuver between multiple screens efficiently
