Key Responsibilities

- Guide clients through policy-related matters and communicate regarding policy renewals
- Maintain organized client records and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Customer Service, or Business Operations
- 2+ years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service preferred
- Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification is a plus
