Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and address training or performance issues regularly
• Ensure daily cash received is posted and reconciled to the Bank Deposit
• Conduct routine quality audits to verify accounts are being worked appropriately

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare cash posting within healthcare systems
• Experience in healthcare or with a healthcare service-related business
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with quick turnaround and quality output
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs
