Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand catering needs and provide tailored solutions
• Support the operations team for timely and accurate execution of orders and guest issue resolution
• Enter orders, prepare quotes, and maintain accurate CRM records

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Front, Outlook, Monkey, or comparable systems
• Strong background in administrative support and customer service
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant operations is a strong plus
