Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate centralized scheduling for ancillary surgery centers
- Manage inbound and outbound communication, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, eligibility verification, and insurance authorization requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Facility Scheduling, preferably in dermatology
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience; associate degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of remote working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- 5+ years of related experience required
