Certified Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Workday HCM Data Conversion Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data conversion activities for HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent
• Analyze legacy HR system data, perform extraction and cleansing, and build mapping documents
• Conduct unit testing, mock loads, and user acceptance testing to validate data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Workday Partner Certification
• 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, with at least one full-cycle implementation involving data conversion
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures and business processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, Studio, and data transformation tools
• Familiarity with legacy HR systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP, etc.)
