Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chapter Operations Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regional stakeholders and collaborate with chapters on policies, procedures, and operational areas
- Review, revise, and recommend chapter policies while identifying process improvements
- Ensure satisfactory service levels between PMI and chapters, partnering with Chapter Engagement Specialists
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of association experience or similar scope experience
- General knowledge of association laws and practices
- Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
- Proficiency in English as the business language for PMI
