• Researches coverage opinions and participates in training of department personnel

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate in Claims Designation
• CPCU designation or other continuing education preferred
• Prior experience handling complex, large claims
• Proficiency with computers and current technology
