Key Responsibilities
- Manage lower-level, non-complex workers' compensation claims under supervision
- Confirm policy coverage, determine claim validity, and establish reserves
- Communicate claim status to customers, claimants, and clients while adhering to guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in claims management preferred
- State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
