Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a client-facing or account management role
- Experience coordinating services across multiple departments or specialties
- Understanding of SaaS products, accounting, tax, payroll, or related services is a plus
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
