Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Associate to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to client-facing processes, policies, and playbooks to integrate products into clients' workflows
• Document internal processes and create a scalable infrastructure for client experience
• Support Client Success Managers with key accounts and manage day-to-day relationships

Required Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Technical acumen with experience in GraphQL, SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related administrative role
• Familiarity with agile delivery and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA)
