A company is looking for a Client Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and manage client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone
- Provide real-time updates, solutions, and status tracking to ensure timely resolution
- Document and categorize client inquiries in the system using appropriate task codes
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industry experience in client services, preferably in title or real estate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; experience with tracking and CRM systems a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and accept supervision
