Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure client services are performed well and meet client needs
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to make strategic decisions and adjustments for optimal results
- Identify service gaps and propose solutions, including service upgrades, while coordinating monthly reporting calls
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies
- Experience with SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL is required
- Proven track record in managing client accounts effectively
