Key Responsibilities
- Lead the client implementation and success team to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
- Guide state and local partners through program implementation, transforming mandates into milestones
- Utilize AI-driven tools for documentation management, project health tracking, and stakeholder transparency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Deep familiarity with federal funding processes in broadband or related infrastructure programs
- Experience implementing technical solutions within government settings
- Ability to quickly learn and advise on federal policy frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, technology, communications, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
