Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Client Implementation to manage client implementation and success teams while partnering with government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the client implementation and success team to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
• Guide state and local partners through program implementation, transforming mandates into milestones
• Utilize AI-driven tools for documentation management, project health tracking, and stakeholder transparency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Deep familiarity with federal funding processes in broadband or related infrastructure programs
• Experience implementing technical solutions within government settings
• Ability to quickly learn and advise on federal policy frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, technology, communications, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
