Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community of Practice (CoP) Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Market Liaisons and Project Managers to organize and deploy educational sessions
  • Facilitate communication with presenters and ensure they are well-prepared
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of session materials and generate reports on session metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in establishing Communities of Practice
  • 8 years of project management experience optimizing business processes
  • Experience managing teams with expert-level knowledge of Kanban or Microsoft Project
  • Experience in a VA/VHA or health organization, familiar with Electronic Health Record platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications
