Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Manager responsible for managing client satisfaction and relationships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and conduct client visits to understand their cross-border trade requirements
- Respond to urgent client issues and lead internal teams to address process improvements
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to established policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Associates Degree or post-secondary education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procedures, and regulations
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management methodology and techniques
