A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product support and customer training for the InfoDive system
- Resolve support issues via phone, email, and online assistance
- Document and track client incidents in the CRM system, prioritizing and escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of related medical practice experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Medicare Part B and Private Payer Billing policies
- Working knowledge of at least one Practice Management Software System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
