Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support
- Articulate the value proposition of the product to property management representatives and tenants
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Relationship, or Operations experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical capabilities to understand client needs and develop strategies
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
