A company is looking for a Clinical Applications Team Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and workflow for the Applications Team, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Coordinate logistics for customer education sessions, including setup and follow-up
- Act as the main point of contact between the Applications Team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in service operations, project management, or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer/office communication technologies, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
