Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research customer information on various computer systems and document payment expectations and conversation notes
• Contact customers via mail, email, and phone to negotiate payments and resolve outstanding medical bills
• Prepare reports for management on the status of medical bills and proposed payment settlements

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Windows and keyboarding
• Ability to work any of the 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
