Key Responsibilities
- Establish communication with account contacts for non-renewal accounts
- Maximize collection of monthly RPA renewal payments and document interactions in CRM software
- Participate in team meetings and meet outbound call requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of collections or customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of billing and collections procedures preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
