Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community leadership roles, preferably in games or entertainment
• Experience in architecting community programs with strategic intent
• Ability to translate community signals into actionable business intelligence
• Strong understanding of fandom culture, particularly related to Star Trek
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
