Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle sales and demand generation within a defined territory
- Build partnerships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups
- Execute outbound sales strategies to develop new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of outbound full-cycle sales experience, particularly in software sales
- Experience as an SDR/BDR or with sourcing sales opportunities
- Proven track record in bookings and pipeline creation
- Familiarity with using a large tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative
