Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Compliance II - Complaints Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team analyzing internal processes for compliance-related issues and implement necessary changes
- Direct compliance program efforts to align with the Bank's risk appetite and assess compliance risks
- Foster relationships with business units and provide consultation on compliance-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing Customer Complaint programs at large banking/financial institutions preferred
- Minimum of seven years of risk management experience in banking/financial institutions
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory/compliance management processes
- Ability to independently manage work and navigate ambiguity/change
