A company is looking for a Plan Sponsor Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team and processes for assigned client service areas
- Oversee customer inquiries and ensure effective resolution of complex issues
- Develop metrics and analyze service performance for management review
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services relevant to the role
- 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of retirement plan administration and nondiscrimination testing
- ASPPA QKA certification preferred
