A company is looking for a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and respond to pharmacy inquiries from providers
- Analyze pharmacy claims and document call inquiries accurately
- Process prior authorization requests and maintain records of approvals or denials
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmacy claims and dispensing systems
- Connecticut Licensed (Active) Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Technician Certification - National (preferred)
- Proficiency in Medicaid & Medicare Part D, MS Office Suite, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment
