A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to provide assistance and resolve issues for customers regarding bankruptcy inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts through phone calls and correspondence
- Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and handle inquiries from customers or attorneys
- Calculate pre-petition credits and create statements of account for proof of claim filing
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate multiple computer windows and tabs while engaging with customers
