A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Field customer service inquiries and transactions of varying complexity from different customer sectors
- Establish and maintain customer accounts, process service changes, and handle billing requests
- Support other service lines and serve as a training resource for new hires
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
- Two years of experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and manage difficult customer situations
- Must reside in Kirkland, WA
