Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Consumer Complaint Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform moderate risk analysis of account and transaction data related to consumer complaints
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements
  • Assist customers through various communication channels and build relationships to promote customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 years of customer service experience
  • 6 months financial background with Dispute Analyst/Investigation experience preferred
  • 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, audit, or risk management preferred
  • Knowledge of bank and deposit compliance regulations preferred
