A company is looking for a Risk Consumer Complaint Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform moderate risk analysis of account and transaction data related to consumer complaints
- Ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements
- Assist customers through various communication channels and build relationships to promote customer loyalty
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4 years of customer service experience
- 6 months financial background with Dispute Analyst/Investigation experience preferred
- 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, audit, or risk management preferred
- Knowledge of bank and deposit compliance regulations preferred
