Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Services Coordinator (Tier 2) to assist consumers and frontline agents in resolving issues and providing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist consumers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a prompt and professional experience
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide guidance to both consumers and Tier 1 agents
  • Document customer interactions and track resolutions using Salesforce


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and assisting others
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and knowledgebase systems
  • Interest or experience in lawn and garden care is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
