Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Services Coordinator (Tier 2) to assist consumers and frontline agents in resolving issues and providing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist consumers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a prompt and professional experience
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide guidance to both consumers and Tier 1 agents
- Document customer interactions and track resolutions using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and assisting others
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and knowledgebase systems
- Interest or experience in lawn and garden care is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
