Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage federal contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage contract reporting and provide guidance on operational and contractual issues
- Review, create, and negotiate various agreements and ensure compliance with RFP requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of cradle to grave government contracts administrative experience
- 8+ years of experience with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing contracts
- Excellent knowledge of contractual terms and conditions including FAR and DFARs
- Experience managing stand-alone and IDIQ contracts
- Bachelor's degree
